How do I place an order?
Add your products to your basket and select “Checkout”. You can order as a guest or with an account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order. As long as it hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it. After that, you can still use your right to cancel (see Returns & Refunds).

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We always recommend a patch test on a small area (such as the inner elbow) before first use. If any irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly and stop using the product.
