These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from SoPure. Please read them before you place an order.

This website (the “Site”) is run by SoPure (“SoPure”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us by email at contact@amani.paris or through our contact page.

2. These terms

These terms apply to orders placed on the Site by consumers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Our products

Our products are cosmetic products for external use. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly. Please read the ingredients, directions and precautions on each product page and on the packaging before use. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, carry out a patch test first. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Individual results vary.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods shown at checkout. If we discover an obvious error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order

When you place an order, we send you an email to confirm we have received it. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside the UK, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.

6. Offers

The Instant Lift Eye Gel Buy 2, Get 1 Free pack contains 3 tubes for £50 and includes free standard UK delivery. Offers are available while stocks last, may end at any time and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless we say otherwise, offers and discount codes cannot be combined.

7. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, prices and times are set out in our Delivery Policy. The products are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Cancelling and returning

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you also benefit from our 60-day money-back guarantee. How both work, including the hygiene exception for unsealed products, is explained on our Returns & Refunds page.

9. Faulty products

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty, please contact us at contact@amani.paris and we will put it right as set out on our Returns & Refunds page.

10. Using the Site

The text, images, logos and design of the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reuse or sell any part of the Site without our written permission. You must not misuse the Site, for example by introducing viruses or trying to gain unauthorised access.

11. Our liability to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or severe weather. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid for products you have not received.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on the Site when you placed it.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
