I have been a dedicated customer for going on seven years because I’ve always loved your products and I’ve also gotten a few of my friends to become subscribers. But I’ll have to say, I was a little disappointed when I got my new jar of my eye cream and cannot believe how much less of a product I get now compared to what the old packaging had given me. It’s 50% less of product and I’m paying the same price. I also am not happy that you went from the plastic packaging to glass. I understand it might be cheaper for your company, but when you use this product in a bathroom, which I think most women do, there’s breakage involved which already happened to me with one of my cleansers right after I got it. It didn’t take much for it to fall over and break right in half, on top of which we now have to stick our fingers in the containers to get the product which I don’t find to be very sanitary. Even if you wash your hands, I don’t like sticking my fingers into jars repeatedly. I liked when we had the previous container where you pump it and swipe it. I really wish you would go back to that same system. I also noticed that your products are different set ups now. When I joined, I was getting products in sets of the hyaluronic acid, the retinol dropper, vitamin C dropper, the eye gel, the facial cleanser, and the toner. All that’s changed and some of those products aren’t even on your website anymore. I always said if it’s not broke, why fix it?

I've only been using the eye cream for a couple of weeks. I love it. I have dark circles and the skin under my eyes has a little droop. The darkness is beginning to recede a tad and the skin looks former.

I also use it on my mouth lines and forehead lines. It is a long lasting moisturizer that my skin loves. I don't like the jar that it comes in however. I ordered airless pump containers (like SoPure used to use) for this eye cream and all my moisturizers so my fingers are not in the product and getting under my nails.

Love most of the products I've purchased from you, however this "Advanced Eye Cream" is NOT RIGHT for me. The sensitive skin under my eyes TURNED RED, and really BURNED! I tried to tough it out, but my skin became all RED and WRINKLY (like elephant's skin). After I washed it off, my skin was still TENDER and RED for another 48hrs.

I couldn't find the YOUTH GLOW EYE GEL (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐), which you used to sell before this cream - it was AMAZING! It melted right into my skin, and left it FRESH LOOKING, and TIGHTENED. It was simply UNPARALLELED!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, bring the YOUTH EYE GEL back, for those of us whose skin does much better with such a SOOTHING, SMOOTHING GEL.

I don't seem to be the only one either, that is crying big tears onto their RED, SWOLLEN UNDER-EYE SKIN!
