Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your SoPure products. If something isn’t right, here is how we put it right.
60-day money-back guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with a product bought on our website, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund, even if you have opened it.
- Email us at contact@amani.paris (or use our contact page) with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply within 1–2 working days with the return address and instructions.
- Once your return has arrived, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
The guarantee covers the price you paid for the product(s), after any discount, for orders placed on this website.
Your legal right to cancel
As well as our guarantee, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To cancel, tell us by email at contact@amani.paris with your order number, then send the products back within 14 days of telling us.
For health and hygiene reasons, this legal right does not apply to products whose seal has been broken after delivery. Opened products are still covered by our 60-day guarantee above.
If you cancel, we refund the price of the products and the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the products back (or proof that you sent them). Unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of sending it back is yours.
Faulty or damaged products
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us at contact@amani.paris with your order number and a photo, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. You do not pay to return a faulty item.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the payment method you used to order. Once we have issued a refund, it usually appears on your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
