Delivery Policy
Everything you need to know about how and when your SoPure order reaches you.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We are not able to deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK at the moment.
Delivery options and prices
- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £3.95
- Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £5.95
- FREE Standard Delivery with the Instant Lift Eye Gel Buy 2, Get 1 Free pack (3 tubes for £50)
If your basket contains the Buy 2, Get 1 Free pack and other products, standard delivery of £3.95 applies to the other products only. The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delivery times above start once your order has been dispatched. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will email you a tracking link.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@amani.paris and we will look into it straight away.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. There are no customs charges or extra fees on delivery within the UK.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, please email contact@amani.paris within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel and the products. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
