Well, start using it again and I have the same results. Well, the 3rd time I stared using it once a day but sadly and dissapointed 😞 started irritating my skin again, that left me with no choice to stop using it. Now, i have a bottle seating there. I would definitely not used it anymore. My face would itch & get irritated to the point the my skin peel. On this picture show one of the area of my face peeling. That wasn't nothing it was worse but I have to stop wearing makeup & only wear a very sensitive skin moisturizer. Fragrance free.

I do not like this product as well. This product replaced the Hyaluronic acid serum with vitamin C, E and Green tea extract which was part of a trio of serums that I received every 3 months with my subscription to So Pure. The Firm & Lift Serum makes my face feel like it is on fire, I have tried several time using smaller amounts to make it work with no success. I am sure it is great for some skin types, but not mine. Also I do not like the new chunky bottles, I find the product hard to get the serums out of, especially when the product is running low.

Have difficulty using the dropper, it doesn't want to dispense drops evenly, so I feel I waste some of the product . Otherwise, product absorbs quickly. Stings slightly but I've used retinol for years, therefore, I know it's working. Too soon to tell efficacy yet.

Unfortunately, I experienced a severe reaction to this product. I was awakened in the middle of the night after applying it (for the first & only time) with what felt like hundreds of bee stings on my face. I washed my face and rinsed with cool water for a long time, but it didn't stop the burn. My face was bright red, hot & swollen from the product burn. It took about six to seven days to recover and then over two weeks with my skin peeling and flaking. I am a retinol user so I thought since this claims to be more gentle, surely I'd be able to safely use it. Also, I had not used retinol for several days prior to using this product.
I'm glad this product is successfully used by others, but I am not able to provide positive feedback for this one.

My Favorite Serum!

I've been using So Pure for 4 years. The Firm & Lift Serum is my most favorite product! The retinol in this Serum is powerful but gentle enough for daily use, even with my sensitive skin. It is a powerhouse in keeping my. skin looking youthful. My fine lines are diminishing. Love it!
